Suresh Wanayalae Lily Pearce , You are welcome, but I don't know whether the selflessness is incompatible with a creator God or not, but because we can understand the process of our mind and body without a help an invisible creator God, an existence or a non-existence of a creator God is not important at all. And if a new religion says that the mind of a creator God doesn't change from time to time, then we can say that it is only a fixed process of the enery of the Universe. 😊😊😊

Suresh Wanayalae You should know the problems first, then you can find answers. When you find answers then you will find more problems, and then you can find the final answer.

1.) Problems: Suffering --# Rebirth --# Greed --# Illusion
2.) Solutions: Removing Illusion (ignorance) #-- Prajna (understanding/wisdom) #-- Samadhi (concentration) #-- Sila (virtue/conduct) = Noble Eightfold Path = Path to Nirvana

i.) Sila (virtue/conduct) --# 5 Precepts and etc
ii.) Samadhi (concentration) --# Samatha Meditation (Breathing/Loving-Kindness Meditation and etc)
iii.) Prajna (understanding/wisdom) --# Vipassana Meditation (The great discourse on the establishment of awareness/ Mahasatipatthana Sutta)

Suresh Wanayalae Lily Pearce , Sila (virtue/conduct), Samadhi (concentration), Prajna (understanding/wisdom) are the "Threefold Training" (Pāli: ti-sikkhā) of the Noble Eightfold Path. Buddha said that the "Samadhi is the final result of Sila". It means that the Samadhi is not only a result of Meditation, but also it requires Sila. And the Buddha could attain Prajna from Samadhi (Breathing Meditation) (without using the training of Prajna, but others must use it to attain Prajna).

When I began to practice meditation on compassion, I found that my sense of isolation began to diminish, while at the same time my personal sense of empowerment began to grow. Where once I saw only problems, I started to see solutions. Where once I viewed my own happiness as more important than the happiness of others, I began to see the well-being of others as the foundation of my own peace of mind.

Suresh Wanayalae 1.) Vipassana Meditation can help us to remove greed.
2.) Samatha Meditation can help us to develop concentration and energy.

1,) Vipassana Meditation:

i.) Breathing, Postures, Behaviors, Obnoxiousness and the 32 dirty body parts, earth, liquid, fire, air, space, Decaying and completely vanishing dead body are not me, not mine. Nor my soul. Those are impermanent, suffering, non-soul or non-significant-soul/ non-beneficial.

ii.) Sensations, Intentions, desires, ill will, torpor, restlessness & worry, doubt, form, feeling, perception, mental formation, consciousness are not me, not mine. Nor my soul. Those are impermanent, suffering, non-soul or non-significant-soul/ non-beneficial.

2.) Samatha Meditation:
i.)
I use three simple letters as a Mantra to meditate. I say each letter twise and smoothly. I have given a meaning to those letters.
1.) Aa.... (Eng: "impermanent beings/non-self things" | Sinhala: Anithya aya/anathma de)
2.) Su.... (Eng: "be well" | Sinhala: Suwapath)
3.) We.... (Eng: "I wish to happen" | Sinhala: Wewai prarthana karanawa)

You can use it in English like this:
1.) Im..... Im...... (impermanent beings)
2.) Be...... Be...... ("be well")
3.) Wi.... Wi..... ("I wish to happen")

Say: Im..... Im......Be...... Be......Wi.... Wi..... (repeat)

(Say it like a song, and don't break the rhythm when you say it, because a silence can break your concentration. And try to keep a relaxed or a nearly sleeping state of mind. You can repeat it slowly to experience quick & good results. Feel the breathing too (no need to ignore the process of the breathing, but give enough attention to each and every sound before you start the next sound and you can release the sounds from the breathing.). The sound "Im" can be easily start again with the end of the "Wi", because the 'Im' start with an 'i' and the Wi ends with an 'i'). Don't try to think the meanings of the sounds all the time.)

ii.) Walking Meditation

Suresh Wanayalae is making things happen.
Because we can understand the process of our mind and body without a help of an invisible creator God, an existence or a non-existence of a creator God is not important at all. And if a new religion says that the mind of a creator God doesn't change from time to time, then we can say that it is only a fixed process of the Energy of the Universe.
Existence Of The Universe Without A Creator - විශ්වය - Explained by Suresh (34 Minutes in Sinhala/ සිංහලෙන් ): මැවුම් කරුවෙකු නොමැතිව විශ්වය ඇතිවීම https://youtu.be/qy2v_uI7trM 🌍☀️🌕☸️🕉️✝️☪️☯️🇱🇰
If no one created the Universe, then it should be equal to zero (0).
Dark Energy = (-1) + (0) + (+1) = 0
Our observable universe has 68.3% dark energy, 26.8% dark matter and 4.9% ordinary matter.
There are two main reasons caused to grow the Universe:
1.) Empty
2.) Distance
Empty + Distance = 0, but the Universe also had -1 with +1. So the Universe was filled with Dark Energy. Dark Energy is an appearing and disappearing two forms of emptinesses with an appearing and disappearing distance. But it doesn't stop with a 0 because the -1 with +1 is also equal to 0, so the universe is those three things 0, -1, +1. And the imbalance of the three things caused to create dark matter and ordinary matter (-Empty+Distance). Matter is a seperated form of Dark Energy.
'Dark Energy' should be like this:
Dark Energy = +Empty - Empty + Distance - Distance
★ Dark Energy = Empty + Distance = {+Empty + Distance (*Space appear)} + {+Empty - Distance (*Space disappear)} + {-Empty + Distance (*Black Holes/Matter/Form appear)} + {-Empty - Distance (*Black Holes/Matter/Form disappear)}
Buddhist Explanation: "Form is emptiness, Emptiness is form."
It sounds like that there are two forms of emtinesses. (Positive Form Of Emptiness (+Empty) And Negative Form Of Emptiness (-Empty))
"Dark Energy (Emptiness+Distance) is the real creator of the Universe."
I used existing materials (emptiness, distance, dark energy, dark matter, ordinary matter, space and etc) and the behaviours (actions/output/result) of those materials to build a theoritical connection between those materials. And it is a connection between causes and effects. My explanations don't change the causes and effects. And explanations support the behaviours of the those causes and effects, and it has explained why quantum particles behave like waves. And it can explain why dark energy increased after the bigbang (until the maturity of the universe) and how the Dark Energy expand the Universe now (until the end of the universe). And it predicts that the Dark Energy should decrease with the expansion of the Universe.

Suresh Wanayalae I analysed it from few years, and then I posted articles and videos.

I used existing materials (emptiness, distance, dark energy, dark matter, ordinary matter, space and etc) and the behaviours (actions/output/result) of those materials to build a theoritical connection between those materials. And it is a connection between causes and effects. My explanations don't change the causes and effects. I didn't create anything or I didn't use miracles to build my explanation. You can check each and every detail of the process separately to understand that all those things are based on causes and effects and existing materials. Then you can't say that there is something wrong with the final result. 😉

Suresh Wanayalae Just because NASA can't explain anything else about it, it doesn't mean that there are no other explanations. NASA request opinions from people, and I hope to submit my opinions too. And my opinions are based on causes and effect and facts only. And we can make theories from calculations only, and we can test it later. But my theory has a tested proof too: Quantum Double Slit Experiment (scientists don't know why quantum particles behave like waves, but my theory explain it well.)

This is a proof of my theory: The Quantum Experiment that Broke Reality https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-MNSLsjjdo
But scientists still can't explain it.
So if the scientists find a way to explain it. Then they will see that my theory is correct.

"double-slit experiment is a demonstration that light and matter can display characteristics of both classically defined waves and particles".

'Dark Energy' should be like this:
Dark Energy = +Empty - Empty + Distance - Distance

★ Dark Energy = Empty + Distance = {+Empty + Distance (*Space appear)} + {+Empty - Distance (*Space disappear)} + {-Empty + Distance (*Black Holes/Matter/Form appear)} + {-Empty - Distance (*Black Holes/Matter/Form disappear)}

Double-slit experiment shows that something appearing and disappearing when the quantum particles travel. But the Scientists called it a wave, but in reality it is appearing and disappearing effect of an Energy (Dark Energy).

Suresh Wanayalae The Heart sutra, a text from the prajnaparamita-sutras, articulates this in the following saying in which the five skandhas are said to be "empty":

"Form is emptiness, emptiness is form
Emptiness is not separate from form, form is not separate from emptiness
Whatever is form is emptiness, whatever is emptiness is form."

("Rupan śūnyatā śūnyatāiva rupan. Rupan na prithak śūnyatā śūnyatā na prithag rupan. Yad rupan sa śūnyatā ya śūnyatā tad rupan.")

"Śūnyatā" (Sanskrit) is usually translated as "devoidness," "emptiness," "hollow, hollowness," "voidness." It is the noun form of the adjective śūnya or śhūnya, plus -tā:

śūnya means "zero," "nothing," "empty" or "void". Śūnya comes from the root śvi, meaning "hollow".

Theravada Abhidhamma texts such as the Patisambhidamagga which also speak of the emptiness of the five aggregates and of svabhava as being "empty of essential nature".

In Theravada Buddhism, suññatā often refers to the non-self (Pāli: anattā, Sanskrit: anātman) nature of the five aggregates of experience and the six sense spheres. Suññatā is also often used to refer to a meditative state or experience.

In Mahayana, Sunyata refers to the tenet that "all things are empty of intrinsic existence and nature," but may also refer to the Buddha-nature teachings and primordial or empty awareness.

Pascal Vermeulen The middle way would be not to approve topics at all if your not sure who you can add and who not. That is why i do not approve anyone for the group. If you know what your doing, then do it. But if not then do not carry the weight on your shoulders by taking the responsibility to do it. Example Approving topics with a language you can not read. Just do not approve it if you do not understand what is written on it. That i think would be the thing to learn. We can only carry so much, we are not Atlas, carrying the whole world on his shoulders. That be too much ego, as then its all about you as person lol.

Some are good at ethics others at seeing and reading into texts of others [approving members]. And yet others rather confront some problems instead of avoiding them all so does not judge over approval as rules avoid confrontations. As mod your not you, your what the group wants. Our purpose is to suit the group, not our own opinion. That opinion we give here ones we want to change things in the way the group handles it. THAT is what this group is for if i understand well. And off course your replies in the group are your own opinion, but ones rules come in then opinion has to go in the fridge certainly in the group. So that we can do here.

can someone tell me more about reincarnation?

Suresh Wanayalae Rebirth Of A Muslim Girl: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ms587_Kw-0s

According to Buddhism there are 'Five Aggregates Of Clinging' (Pali: upadana-skandha) which cause to continue the mind.

(Matter or Form (rupa), Sensation or Feeling (vedana), Perception and/or cognition (sanna), Volition or Mental Formation (sankara), Consciousness (vinnana) )

I guess, scientifically it shoud be like this:

i.) Matter or Form (rupa) = Body
ii.) Data = Sensation or Feeling (vedana) (a cosmic structural change)
iii.) The amount of Data = Perception and/or cognition (sanna)
iv.) The power/pattern of attachment/
attraction = Volition or Mental Formation (sankara)
v.) Attachment or Attraction = Consciousness/mind (Vinnana)
I guess that there are two main types of Attachments/
Attractions.
1.) Desired Attachment/Attraction (Pali: chanda raga)2.) Undesired Attachmment/Attraction (Attachment/Attraction without a power of Clinging)
Attachment/
Attraction (Desired/Clinging or Undesired/Neutral) should be the Consciousness/mind (Vinnana). And the Attachment/Attraction (Vinnana) should be the connection between Matter or Form (Rupa) and Data (Naama). In order to break the connection we have to remove the clinging of the Attachment/Attraction (Removing Desire), and then it will not continue after the death.

I guess the Clinging/Desire is a higher level/power or a pattern of an attachment/a
ttraction which not only experience the feelings, but also it tries to cling with the causes (making my Matter/Form and my Data | eg: making my Tongue and my Taste) of the feelings.

  • Suresh Wanayalae All the Buddhist teachers should try to follow 227 Vinaya rules, or the followers should try to find Buddhist teachers who follow 227 Vinaya rules.

And followers should try to find Buddhist teachers who have "Hiri & Ottappa".

Hiri & Ottappa: Hiri (shame to do wrong) and Ottappa (fear to do wrong) are reffered to in Buddhism as “guardians of the world”.

Hiri is the sense of shame which refrains us from doing evil because we do not want to harm ourselves. It is because we wish to preserve our self-respect that we develop sense of shame.

Ottapa, fear of wrongdoing, is the voice of our conscience that warns us of the serious consequences of moral transgression: blame and punishment by others, the painful kammic results of evil deeds and hinder our liberation from suffering.

1.) Not to be found alone with a woman in a remote place that can arise suspicions about a sexual intercourse.

2.) Not to be found alone with a woman in an isolated place that can arise suspicions about conversations on lustful subjects.

The Vinaya constitutes the disciplinary code of conduct for Buddhist monks and nuns. Buddhist monks have to observe 227 Vinaya rules, and the nuns have to observe 311 rules.

What is dark matter ?
Matter in the Universe is of two types- psychic matter and physical matter. The psychic matter is dark matter.
What is psychic matter?
The Nirvaanic Field may also be called the Psychic Zero Field ( PSZF) in the word of science. From time to time, the Nirvaanic Field converts some of its energy ( psychic zero energy) into two kinds of particles:
1. Psychic particles and
2. Physical particles
Both particles are anti to each other, very similar to electron and positron. In electron-positron pair, the basis of anti-nature is electric charges ( an electron bears negative charge; positron bears positive charge).
Here, mass is of two types: a psychic particle bears positive mass and a physical particle bears negative mass.
Dark matter is not other than psychic matter.
And each psychic particle is not other than the citta of a being.
The physical particles which are created from the Nirvaanic Field are short lived and decay, most probably, into quarks and anti-quarks.
A citta outside a body behaves like a psychic wave ( gandhabba of the Buddha). On a viññaana thiti, it combines with matter to form body of a being.
Cosmic force:
It is psycho-physical in nature.
1. Psycho-gravitational
Between two cittas, it is repulsive.
Between a citta and physical particle , it is attractive.
Between two physical particles, it is attractive. Scientists know only about this.
2. Psycho-nuclear.
3. Psycho-electroweak.
A WIMP (weakly interacting massive particle) is pure citta of a being leaving Aabhaassara loka ( halo of the Milky Way Galaxy) to be born as a being of Prajapati Loka ( core of the sun).
The Universe is not a mystery. Everything about the Universe can be described in the words of science based on the truths discovered by the Buddha.

★ Dark Energy = Empty + Distance = Space appear + Space disappear + Black Holes/Matter/Form appear + Black Holes/Matter/Form disappear

Direction of the Space = Outside = It is expanding the Universe = Appearing until it starts disappearing again, but the Dark Energy can control it.

Direction of the Black Holes/Matter/Form/Stars/Planets = Inside = It is creating the Gravity = Disappearing until it starts appearing again, but the Dark Energy can control it.

Everything is connected. The quantum physics already proved it (‘Spooky action’ builds a wormhole between ‘entangled’ particles). So the everything we write on the space by changing the form of the appearing and disappearing quantum fabric of the space are connected to us, and it can impact our lives on the movements and the energy of the starts and planets with the interaction between our solar system and the fabric of the space where our details are recorded.

And it shows that we are not only built with Space and Matter, but also there is something between Space and Matter which is arising and vanishing at the same time. And that should be the appearing and disappearing Space and Matter (No Space). And also that happens inside the Space, so we are connected to the Space. So the Space can record our actions (Karma).

Mathura Prasad Suresh Wanayalae In Arupa-loka there are three viññaana thiti (psychic energy levels).
The last two are abodes of beings which have no material bodies, only very energetic cittas live on these. Here there is no space, however time does exist. Psychic
field is beyond space. This psychic field is in the Universe. It should not be confused with the Psychic Zero Field or the Nirvanic Field or the Buddha Field, which beyond the Universe.

Suresh Wanayalae Mathura Prasad , Your explanations are possible, but the living beings in the Arupa-loka uses some kind of energy to continue the mind. That energy should be something appearing and disappearing, so it is not an existing Matter or Space, but an existing with non-existing cyclic process of an energy (the third type of the energy / arising and vanishing at the same time).
